She’s known for precision cuts, bespoke colour work, and crafting styles that feel fresh, flattering, and uniquely you. From bold transformations to enhancing natural greys, Nicci takes a thoughtful, tailored approach. As a former senior lecturer and industry assessor, she’s all about high standards, great hair, and making every client feel confident and completely looked after.

Outside the salon, she’s a proud Nana to her grandson and twin granddaughters and loves adventuring with her partner to explore new places and make lasting memories.

Hairdressing has always been Kim’s calling, and her passion is just as strong today. She’s especially skilled in short cuts and restyles, but enjoys all aspects of the craft. Kim brings a thoughtful, creative approach to every appointment and loves helping clients feel their best.

Erica is a blonde specialist known for soft tones, easy grow-out, and natural-looking colour. With 6+ years’ experience, she’s also an expert in extensions, creating length and volume that blend beautifully. Calm and detail-focused, Erica offers a peaceful space to relax and recharge while getting pampered.

With 16+ years at Mèche, Lisa keeps things flowing behind the scenes and still finds time to create great hair on the floor. She’s calm, experienced, and loves looking after clients. Outside of work, she’s a proud Nana who enjoys good wine and a catch-up with friends.
