SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We’re all about getting your favourite products to you quickly, safely, and with as little fuss as possible here at Mèche Salon. Below is everything you need to know about how we pack and send your order.

We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

- Free NZ shipping on orders over $80

- Metro: $5 (1–3 working days)

- Rural: $12 (2–5 working days)

- No PO Box deliveries

- No extra charge for dangerous goods (allow up to 2 extra days)

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually sent same day. Orders after 12pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

All parcels are sent via tracked courier. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

During peak periods (like Christmas), delivery may take longer. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll help sort it.
